CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

We understand that sometimes schedules change, we therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show" for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount to be paid in full upon re-booking.

Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist reserves the right to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

If we do not hear from You 15+ minutes into Your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "No-Show".

EXTRA GUESTS & CHILDREN

Due to the size of our salon waiting area, we no longer allow extra guests to accompany you to your appointment if they are not receiving a service.

We love seeing your children in the salon for their hair appointments however due to safety issues we do not allow children to accompany You to the salon unless they are receiving a service. Your child's safetY is our number one priority & our tools can be hot, sharp, & dangerous.

RETAIL RETURNS

in store purchases: Store credit & exchanges are accepted on gently used merchandise. A digital receipt must be present to exchange or receive store credit & must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Online purchases: Store credit & exchanges are accepted on gently used merchandise. A digital receipt must be present to exchange or receive store credit & must be made within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
